IBToGo test deployment licensing problem

Hello. 

I have a trial version of RAD Studio. I created simple test application with IB to try it on Android phone.

I got IB ToGo trial license file as described in this topic and deployted license file reg_ibtogo.txt in my app. But when I run it, I get exception "product INTERBASE is not lecensed".

Please, tell me what I could miss.
