Embarcadero FireMonkey C++, set Full Access for project execute file for Create any file on Windows 10

Hi,

I'm a question about Emarcadero FireMonkey C++ in Windows 10.

I'am developing a window-application by FireMonkey C++. In this App , when I Create a file by fopen or FileCreate function, it dosen't create in Run Time. For soling this problem,  I have to set Full Control for that project execute file in directory on Windows 10.

This problem, did not exist in Windows XP.

My question is how I can set Full Control for the my Project execute file in Embarcadero IDE to prepare Access Control for Create File in Run Time?
