Breakpoint added on startup every time, + 2 other

Recently, I purchased and installed an upgrade to Delphi RAD Studio 10.1 Berlin Professional. Everytime I start it, it loads my project and it adds a breakpoint onto the current cursor line. Is this a bug, or is there some way to prevent this from happening?

Also, if I add a few bookmarks, e.g Shift-Ctrl-1, Shift-Ctrl-2 and I save and exit my project, the next time I open it, the bookmarks are not there. They always used to be there in XE8. Is this another bug, or is there some setting somewhere I need to set?

Also, it's very annoying every time I am at the end of a line and I hit enter to add another line, that the IDE adds an "end;" statement there, where it shouldn't be. Is there any way to turn that automated action off?
